TSCAL and Non-Windows

I have lost all my perm. TSCAL licenses. My users are
getting temp. TSCAL. All my users are non-windows clients
(UNIX). Per MS Clearinghouse if the client does not
connect for 60 days the license will be put back in the
pool, Unfortunaley it does not seem to happen. Is there a
TSCAL updates for W2K? I have W2K/Sp2 with all the recent
security patches.

Appreciate comments/suggestions

The feature that TS CALs get an expiration date and are returned to
the LS was implemented in a post-SP2 Licensing Enhancement hotfix.

If you don't have this hotfix, or your TS CALs were installed prior
to the hotfix, the licenses are permanently issued to the clients and
are lost when the client is discarded or reinstalled.

What you should do is install the Licensing Enhancement hotfix (or
SP3 or SP4, which include it), and then call the Clearinghouse to get
your licenses re-issued. The new licenses will have an expiration
date, which prevents this problem in the future.
