Tsc.exe - No Disk

I am regularly getting a 'Tsc.exe - No Disk' error message when I sign in.
I click 'Cancel' a few times and it goes away.

The more detailed message says 'There is no disk in the drive. Please
insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR3.'

Can anyone suggest a cause?

A program called TSC.EXE is installed by PC-cillin. I do not know if this
could be your problem. Do you, or did you have, this anti-virus software
installed on your computer? If so, I recommend removing and reinstalling
it.
