TSC.EXE - NO DISK ???

Everytime I start my PC or re-boot, I get an error
message..

TSC.EXE - NO DISK
There is no disk in the drive. please insert a disk into
drive\device\harddisk1\dr2.

please tell me what this is ? I run windows2000
proffesional.

This is not a Win2000 issue - it may be related to your
anti-virus software, UWO. Check out Google; it lists
more than 400 hits for tsc.exe. You could also locate
the file on your hard disk, rename it, and see which
program complains when you next reboot the PC.
