It seems whenever i try to shut down the computer, this program always gets a
popup that the program is not responding and i have to always hit end now on
the pop up to get it to end. it was marked on my norton anti-virus as at
risk but norton isnt able to fix it. Any ideas what i can do?


i use Windows XP.
