Thanks Vera.One last question,what if my new hardware is
Windows 2000 member server,which is a dedicated terminal
server.In this case I do need to install the Terminal
license server on my W2K domain controller.Now how do I do
that?

If the server is a 2000 TS which is a member of an Active Directory Domain, the TSLS must be on a DC

install the Terminal license server on a DC and how to
point it to my terminal server to grant licenses.

Pay specific attention to the section "License Server Discovery". Make sure your DC is at least SP3 before activiating your TSLS
