TS Licensing

Hi,

The following error is logged when attempting to use TS
Licensing.

"General database error occurred, Can't initialize ESE
instance - error -1032 JET_errFileAccessDenied, Cannot
access file, the file is locked or in use."

This subsequently is followed by the message below
stopping us from using our TS License Server.

"The Terminal Services Licensing service terminated with
service-specific error 31."

Running on Win2000 Server SP3.

Any help much appreciated.

Check the permissions on the TS Licensing database files, under
%windir%\system32\lserver. Also check if any other program has the files
open.
