TS install fails

Whenever we run through the setup of Terminal Services,
the installation completes and asks to reboot. After the
reboot it doesn't seem to have installed anything.

Terminal Services Client Creator is the only thing listed
under Administrative tools. When launched the program
begins searching for the missing shortcut "clcreate.exe"
which it cannot find.

There are no services running or installed, that I can
tell. Nothing is listed about TS in Services under
Administrative tools.

The Administrative Console list a snap in for Terminal
Services. However when it is clicked on it gives the
error message: "Snap-In failed to initalize, Name - not
available -, CLSID: {B91B6008-32D2-11D2-9888-00A0C925F917}"

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Nothing seems to
work. Does any one have any ideas? I have been looking
for any information about manually removing TS and
reinstalling but I cannot find any troubleshooting
information related to the setup of Terminal Services.

Any information would be greatley appreciated.

Thank you for your time!

Don't understand
TS is installed by default on a SBS machine ,but in administrative mode..if that works? or doesn't it

are you trying to do a application mode installation?

TS was installed and working in administration mode at one
point. I know I should have been a little more
descriptive.

We would like for it to be installed in administrative
mode. While everything was once working, someone who was
on our staff decided to remove it. Now that we are trying
to get the program installed we can not. Add/Remove
programs states that it is installed. However there are
no Services Configuration, Services Manager, or Client
Creator programs installed. The service isn't even listed
under services.

We have tried removing and reinstalling several times.

TS just will not install under administrative mode.

If you have any thoughts please help!

Thank you!

George
