TS clients being refused connection

Please Help

I have a 2000TS with SP3 and about 20 CAL'S

SOME of my customers cannot connect to the server, others
are fine.

I have the server in "per server" mode should i be in "per
seat" mode?

My server is not reporting any errors in the event log.

It tells them that "The client could not connect to the
remote computer. Remote connections might not be enabled
or the computer might be too busy to accept new
connections. It is also possible that network
connections are preventing your connection."

I need HELP.

Thanks

1. Do you have a licensing server up, running and activated?
2. Do you have TS CALs on it?
3. Which OS these clients run?
4. Did you try to delete the registry key MSLicensing on the CLIENT
computer?

Hi,

Can you telnet to port 3389 of the Terminal Server from a failing client?
It could be that a router/firewall is blocking TCP port 3389.

Thanks,
