TS client not connecting

Two out of state clients; one can connect to a remote TS server the second
cannot. Both from the same LAN; same IP config; same user type; users are
enabled on remote TS server to conenct. No IP filtering going on. TS
server is in application mode. Dialog box says, "The Terminal Server has
ended the connection."
The TS server in question joined a domain about a month ago. Used to be in
a workgroup.

It seems to be the client as I can conenct to the TS server from several
other locations. I can ping the TS server at port 1472. Policy?

I installed a license server in the domain and everything is good. Only
workgroup or DC TS servers can serve licenses apparently.
