TS Client connection

Hi All,

I have a client claims that every time when the user which
connect to the Terminal Server is about 15, the other user
cannot connect to the Terminal Server.

Is there any limited connection? or any configuration that
i left out?

As far as i know, the max TS connection is 254.

Please advice.

You could check your Terminal Services configuration under
Admin tools. Properties under TCP-RDP (or RDP-TCP), there
is a limit you can define.

Another possible cause is that there is not enough CPU
power or RAM on your TS.

Any eventlog entries? Errors at the client?

Are you using Citrix MetaFrame?

client side, the message saying that the server is busy
and ask the user to retry again at a later time.

The TS server is Dual PIII 1.26GHz with 1GB RAM.
