TS 2003 profile setup

We have a Windows 2003 SBS DC, 3 TS servers and exchange 2003 sp1 server for
our email.

I am attempting to set-up mandatory group profiles for each department.

Each department has their own email address and the users have rights to the
departmental mailbox.

I am having difficulty setting up Outlook 2003, as when I set the account as
one of the users in the department and copy it for the group to use only that
user can access the profile.

I would like to be able to create a group mandatory profile in which all
users have access to the departments email account is this possible.

Thanks

Do they all access this mailbox as their primary mailbox, or via a Public
Folder? I assume the mailbox is being stores in the Exchange Information
Store, and NOT in a PST.

Are you using the Custom Installation Wizard from the Office Resource Kit to
assist you with the setup customizations, and have you loaded the Office
Admin Templates into Group Policy?

Thanks for replying, yes they do all access the mailbox as their primary
mailbox and stores in the Exchange info store.

We have not loaded the office admin templates in GPO, and we have not used
office resource kit for a custom installation.

I haven't installed the Office admin templates into GPO, or used the custom
resource kit for the setup.

The CIW (in my opinion) is an essential piece of the planning process, so if
you didn't use it I'd highly recommend that you download a copy and play with
it to see what it can do (and use it for your next installation)
