TS 2003 locking up and not responding

I have a 2003 with terminal services that every two days or so the terinal
server will stop responding, lock up, and people can not login or work and i
have to reboot the server to reset the terminal server. It seems to be a
problem with terminal server itself but i can't figure out how to fix it.
I am running server 2003 with SP1

Please help, tired of rebooting a server that should not have to be
rebooted!!!!
