Trying to share main link bar with all existing pages

Okay, so this is my first web page. I have it all done (FrontPage 2003) and
what I need to do is update my links (on the main link bar) but I want it to
automatically update them on ALL the existing pages. Is this sharing? HELP!!!!
 
Shared Borders.....

But...Included Content | Pages...will not drive you crazy with navigation like Shared Borders might.

You'd put your Nav bars in the Included page or Shared Border. Included page is a little more work but less frustrating in the long run than Shared Borders.

Okay, so I am a new user and a little retarded. How would I do the included
content one? I tried to do the shared borders, and boy I screwed it up BAD.
 
What have you done so far...post the URL if you've published to the host server.

Whats messed up...looks nice.

Comments:
Optiminze that main image...its over 600K ...waaayyyy too big (file size wise)

I would also rename the files names of your pages...the ones with spaces in the name...use and underscore. Not the page titles, the actual page file names.

Ok...now...what was the problem again?

also some of your image links are wacked out...make sure you Import your image files into FP before you place them into your design.

Okay, so what I want to do is make it so when I change (or update) a link on
the homepage (say FAQ's) it will automatically update throughout the site (on
all pages). You said I could do it without shared borders but I am pretty new
to frontPage and I dont have any idea on how to do it WITH borders. Could you
walk me through it pretty please? :O)
