Shared borders and link bars

i have created a website and used shared borders with a link bar which all
worked fine, however i have a sub dir with more web pages but want to use a
different link bar for the sub pagers using shared border. When i put in the
new link bar it changes all the main pages. any ideas on how i can use
different link bars in shared borbers in different Dir.

You could make the folder a subweb. Subwebs are totally independent of the
main web, and use their own shared borders and themes.

Or use include pages instead of shared borders in the pages in the folder.
The included page can be a copy of the shared border, but with a different
Link Bar.
