trying to send message 21mb has outlook frozen can't delete

tried to send an email that's 21 mb large, won't send has my outlook froze
up. tried rebooting, tried right click delete, says it's already sending
can't open.....
 
Try holding down the shift key and then hitting delete. This should
bypass the deleted items and completely delete the message.

If it is in your Outbox, put Outlook into offline mode, exit and reload
Outlook (so you *start* in offline mode), and then delete the item in the
Outbox. Then put Outlook back in online mode.
 
I have the exact same problem, but none of the advise seems to work... do I
really have uinstall Outlook to delete one message...
