How can I delete a big file stuck in my Outbox.

I have a file of 21mb stuck in my Outbox which I cannot delete or open
because Outlook has begun to send it. Hiw can I get rid of it, please?
 
Since you didn't mention what version of Outlook you are using, it might be
as simple as selecting File > Work Offline and then deleting the message.
(Note: it may help to start the computer/application when no network
connection is present.)
