Trying to Run One Laptop on Two Different Home Networks

Hi,
I have a Windows XP laptop that I need to routinely connect to my home
network, and also my network at work. Both are wireless connections.
The home network wants TCP/IP to automatically assign IP and DNS
server. The network at work wants a specific IP address and DNS Server
specified. I can change the TCP/IP settings on the wireless
connection, and get it to work in each place, but each time I change
locations I have to manually re-enter the IP addresses for the
connection to work.

Is there a way to ADD a a second wireless connection? That way I could
simply swith to the connection for location I am at. I seem to only be
able to modify the wireless connection, and can not see how to add
another connection, so I dont have to keep typing in the IP addresses
each time I change locations ( home vs. work)

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Elizabeth

Elizabeth,

If you have DHCP at home, and a fixed IP setting at work, you can use the
Alternate configuration for the fixed settings.
