Trying to remove programs getting message - Cannot load 'Central.d

Whenever I try to remove programs from within "add or remove programs", I get
a message stating:

Cannot load 'Central.dll'

Can any one help

Hi,

Generally, with errors like that it is best to reload (reinstall) the
program over itself to replace missing entries or files, then uninstall it.

Uninstall and then reinstall McAfee, the file apparently belongs to it.
