trying to reload xp

got in touch with my supplier as i didn't receive a
recovery disc when i got my pc.I received this today.When
i tried to reload it has asked me for a product id.where
can i get this from as i know it is a oem

HELP!! PLease as i need to reload as xp seems to have
lost some files which is affecting other programs

The product id is usually on a sticker on the back of your PC.
