trying to re-install service pack 2

Hoping someone can help me out here, I made the dreadful mistake of trying to
fix things that were not broken by installing sp2. Well if they were not
then, they sure are now. Since installing it i have been unable to install
pretty much any program associated with installshield. Internet explorer has
also been apparently semi-corrupted, as I was unable to log-in to any sites
or download any files, due to security settings that internet explorer read
as high, even though they were very low.

this has been going on for about 2 weeks now, i managed to fix internet
explorer finally by installing the beta 7, but i have been unable to fix the
installshield problem. I have tried pretty much everything i can find to
attempt to fix this problem, but to no avail. I am now trying to do a
re-install of SP2 and hope this will finally get to the cause of the issue.
How can I do this, i cant find Sp2 to manually install on microsofts site
anywhere. I am really hoping someone can help me out here, thank you.
