TRYING TO OPEN WORKS!

EVERY TIME I GO TO OPEN MICROSOFT WORKS (PROCESSOR ETC..)
IT BRINGS UP A MESSAGE SAYIN "DLL FILE REQUIRED.WKWBL DLL
FILE WAS NOT FOUND.

JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME OUT??

It also seems your CAPS LOCK key is broken and you may want to fix it, but
the answer is no, you are in the wrong group this is for Windows 2000.
