Trying to install program, but it won't. Any ideas?

I've just gotten my computer back from service. I've installed several
programs via cd. Turned it off for a day. Now I put the installation cd in
the cd-ROM. It recognizes the disc and the program. The autorun screen is
displayed, but selecting "install..." does nothing. Any ideas, please?

What happens when you run setup from the CD directly?

Check to see if the firewall is blocking it too
