trying to install office pro 97 and having problems

Hi, I have office pro 97 and I am trying to install it on XP

I am getting an errow of

"html.ocx was unable to registar itself in the system registry ..."

Can someone help me please and tell me how I can install this program on my
computer?

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any

You do need admin privileges to install Access 97 on
Windows XP.

Office 97 used an older installation technology, which
doesn't use the new installation engine, with it's
special Windows XP installation privileges.
