trying to install a second cd device on my computer

I already have a DVD burner on my computer but I also
have a CDRW that I want to work on this computer yet plug
and play doesnt detect it in anyway everything is hooked
up correctly XP doesnt see it and i cant get it to list
anything towards CDRWs in the generic when i go to add
new hardware. I have a Phillips PCA362rw any help here

Do you have the jumper correctly setup on your cdrom in the Bios
check that first ok. Make sure it is jumpered correctly
