trying to get the "save as" dialog box back to normal size in MS W

neither of the suggestions I've seen works for me - when i right click, I see
no option for "restore" and when I double-click the title bar, nothing
happens. I would really like to get this dialog box back to normal size! Any
other suggestions?

Double clicking the window title bar toggles between Full screen and
Windowed view. Windowed view can be the full size of the screen. When in
Windowed view there should be a dotted line across the bottom right corner
of the window. When that is present you can drag the edges of the window to
the size you want.
