trying to find a paint program

there was a link here a few weeks ago for a paint program called paint2.5 or
2.5paint or 25paint or paint25, my hardrive just died so i would like to

While not what you specified, there are several free programs here at Serif
software at http://www.FreeSerifSoftware.com
including Draw Plus! which is a type of paint program.
