Wow! Thanks for the heads up!
Never heard of Deep Paint before.

Deep Paint was, and is, a Photoshop Plug-In as well as a stand-alone
"Natural Media" painting program.
Probably the first, if not one of the first "natural media" effect paint
software.
It was a damn good piece of software, if they've released it uncrippled as
freeware, GRAB it.

A 60 Mb download is smaller than The Gimp?
The Gimp for Windoze is only3.6 Mb.
DP must be superbloatware.

Ooops, haven't installed gimp in a while. Anyway, it _feels_ like it
was big and heavy like photoshop. Well, you have to install a gtk
package too and probably other stuff, so I guess gimp can be a lot
bigger in practical use.

I could easily reduce the size of Deep Paint to less than 20MB without
loosing anything essential.
