Trying to change default browser for HTML file type

I am trying to change the default browser for the
HTML file type to something other than IE. The
options are grayed out for anything but the default
administrator account. I even set my personal account
to administrator status and the "change" button was
still grayed out. Any ideas?
 
What browser are you trying to use? When you run it, most browsers check to
see if they are default. For example, when I run Firefox the first time, it
asks if I want to make it default. I say YES, and it's done.
