Trying to bypass BCM to import excel to Outlook 2003 contacts

I want to import from excel to Outlook 2003 contacts. When I click on
file/import and export I only have the option to import into BCM. I only use
the basic contacts but can't seem to find a way to bypass BCM. e.g. there is
no option to 'import from another program or file'. I've looked everywhere
for an answer - can some one please offer some advice? Cheers

Try resetting the Menu Bar -- View | Customize | Toolbars.
