trying to access my system

every so often I get a message from Norton that
255..255.255.255.67 inbound protocol is trying to access my system
any idea what this is?
doing a search says it has something to do with a cisco router
I have a Belkin 2.4 wireless router
is some remote trying to access my system
thnaks in advance
