I have a financial planner client that would like to accomplish the following
through his website and need to know the name of possible programs he can use
to accomplish what he would like to have. All are based on assessments of the
user once he or she has completed a group of forms.
a.. Client Needs Assessment - Questionnaire to determine the user's
ability to get out of debt and commitment level
b.. Client Financial Assessment - the user will input income, expenses,
etc (debt to income ratio will be calculated) among other items
c.. Survey with results automatically posted
In addition, he would also like the user to take a short tutorial, similar
to the needs assessment but more detailed. The user will advance through
several pages of questions and select the appropriate answer. Once completed,
the user will receive a score sheet listing the score, number of correct and
incorrect answers, etc.
 
You could use ASP and a database (and a good developer/programmer)

Well, opinion wize, would there be a good source to get started on ASP? Or
should I pass this one along to a more qualified person? Basically, I have
about a month to knock this out.
 
You could go to my web site (http://www.takempis.com) to start learning ASP
, but with a month to knock it out, you need to hire a professional, and I
doubt that even a professional could knock it out in one month. Maybe 2.

There are websites out there all set up with templates for financial
adviser applications.
