Trusted sites disappear after adding them

I am trying to add trusted sites to my Internet Explorer 6 - latest patches
installed. I can add the sites and close out of IE. When I re-open it - the
trusted sites are gone. This happens on 4 XP machines and 2 W2K3 machines.

All machines are clean of Spyware or Adware. Standard installation - no
imaged installation or pre-set settings.

Any idea of what is going on? Could this be a setting in a GPO? I could not
find anything.

Make sure you unchecked the box on the bottom to Require server verification
(https).
