Trusted Platform Core Service.

I am having trouble with it. I get an error message every time my Win2K
boots that it failed. When I did go to Administrative Tools->Computer
management->component Services and tried to restart it I got an error
message # 2147943466. I could not figure out what it meant. Search so far
produced no results.

Where can I find out how to handle it?
