Trust Relationship

Hai,

NT 4 and Windows 2000 Active directory needs to be trusted
one another, once it was created it was working fine, but
quiet after some time, got an error message from Windows
2000 Domain users "the trust relationship between the
primary domain and the trusted domain failed", so I broken
the trust and created new trust between the domains and
now only the NT 4 users can able to access windows 2000
machines and not the windows 2000 users. While checking
the verify button in the trust tab in windows 2000 am
getting an error saying "secure channel QUERY on domain
controller windows nt 4 to windows 2000 domain failed with
error: Access is denied."

Can anyone find me a good solution.

Sounds like when you recreated the trust, you created a
one-way trust where the Win2K domain trusts NT 4.0 users
but you didn't create a trust in the NT domain to trust
the Win2k domain users.
