Trust between two Domain with identical Netbios name

Hello !

I need to migrate users, groups and computers
from an Active Directory domain called Vyyo.co.il
to an Active Directory domain called Vyyo.com.
Both domains are Windows 2000 domains and cannot be
upgraded to Windwos 2003 domains.
The problem is that both domains have identical netbios
Domain name: Vyyo ! will it be possible to create a trust
relationship between these two domains ?

I need the trust for the ADMT process.
