Setting a Trust between two Domains

I have a Windows 2003 domain and an NT 4.0 domain. I want to set up a
trust relationship between the two domains so that I can use the ADMT
tool to structure the domains. I have TCP/IP connectiviity between the
two domains, but I can see the other domain so that I can set the
trust.

Any ideas please?

How is DNS can you resolve each domain name from each domain. If not you may
setup forwarding between DNS Servers.

Also, let's not forget about NetBIOS. Did you set up the LMHOSTS file on
each of the Domain Controllers ( PDC in the WINNT 4.0 Domain and the DC that
holds the FSMO Role of PDC Emulator ). Or, if you have WINS installed in
both domains ( possibly not necessary in the WIN2003 Domain so I would go
with the LMHOSTS files ) are they replication partners?

And, are you using NETDOM to create the Trust? I would. Whenever there is
a WINNT 4.0 domain in the mix I *always* use netdom to create the Trust.
Works every single time.
