Trust 2000 to 2003 Forests Admins

I've setup a oneway trust so users in the 2000 forest can access shares in
the 2003 forest, how can I put my 2000 Domain Admins in my 2003 Domain
Admins group?
When I try to I can only see the 2003 domain but from a share I can see 2000
and 2003 domains.
 
What was the direction of trust ? One-way, both ways ?
