I am using True Sync software to sync my Outlook with my
Motorola phone, but it will not sync recurring
appointments. Is there any way around this?

It may not recognise recurring appointments in which case your phone will
only see the first occurrence.

Not a precise answer to your question but if you do not receive a positive
response to your issue then you may wish to look at WS:Repeat Appointment.
This approaches the creation of repetitive appointments in a different way
to Outlook's recurrence function and will sync with your phone in the same
manner as normal appointments.
