True threading

By definition, "threading" must include both sent and received messages.
Outlook offers a view called "conversation", but it turns out to be a monolog
in conversations involving only the other person or persons. Is there a way
to implement true message threading in Outlook that includes my original and
reply outgoing messages as well as incomming messages? Ideally, it would be
selectable and de-selectable via an icon or a "folder grouping".

Have you considered using a search folder in Outlook 2003 or later to show both incoming and outgoing items?
