I scanned some docs 8.5 x 11 inch (letter size) with Canon Lide30.
Now I open the scans with Netscape then I do print preview and it shows and
prints these in different than original letter size.
So how can I scan docs and then print them so they look like original?
Thank you.

Web browsers only read pixel dimensions of images, they know nothing of
ppi, which determines the physical size those pixels are contrained to
print within.
Some browsers, like Internet Explorer, have a "fit to screen" option for
images that would be larger than your browser window, and usually a "fit
to page" for printing also.
But neither of these are precise.
If you need an exact and controllable print size, you'll need to print
from an actual image editor or a print utility program.
