Troubleshoot import address book

I have a new computer and I imported my Outlook address book but it doesn't
show up when I want to send an e-mail. It does show up in my Personal
Contact Folder. Can you help?!
 
Is your contact folder in Outlook flagged as an e-mail address book? Check
its properties.
Is Outlook your default e-mail application?
