TROUBLE WITH WINDOWS EXPLORER TASKBAR

My windows explorer task bar becomes two tier high when I enable
QuickLaunch. Can't seem to get it back to one tier without removing
QuickLaunch. Any suggestions? Thanks for viewing....Scott.>
