trouble with startpage in IE

Cant´t save my startpage in IE 6. It´s overwritten by
"res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\lnqyd.dll/index.html#96676" and now and then some
pop-upwindows for spyware. I have already installed a program for removing
spyware and adware but this doesn´t help.

and change your home page. Restart your machine and see
if it worked. I had 8 different bogus processes running
on my computer that I could only delete in Safe Mode.
