Trouble with sound

I have a sound card, all drivers are enables and i
havebran-new speakers, but i have no sound if there is
anyone that can help me i would appreitiate it. Any ideas
please let me know!
 
try this if you have windows XP
click start , all programs, accessarys , entertainment ,
volumn control, open .........see that all the mutes
buttons are unclicked
