trouble with outlook express

I used outlook express for 6 yrs and 2 months ago am having trouble sending.
It takes about 2-4 hrs to get a message in or out. Please let me know what I
can do to fix it. My internet is fine.

the first thing you can do is to use the right newsgroup. ;-)

Please repost your question in a newsgroup supporting Outlook Express. The
webpage can be confusing; the first alphabetical group is this one, for the
database software Microsoft Access. Please scroll down the list of subject
areas and post in an Outlook Express newsgroup.

The problem is most likely NOT with Outlook Express but with your Internet
Service Provider; you may want to contact them as well.
