Trouble with Outline Numbering

I'm working with styles and outline numbering. I defined my own styles. However, numbering does not restart the list number when the outline level changes

For instanc
4.1. Level
4.1.1 Level
4.2. Level
4.1.2 Level 3 <<-- here is the problem, does not keep the "4.2
4.3. Level
4.1.3 Level 3 <<-- here is the problem, does not keep the "4.3

Also it happens with next outline levels

I tried all the options but none works. If I do it manually, changes all the margins, indents, and fonts o
previous and next numbered styles

How can I fixed?

You've got the fields for Levels 2 and 3 reversed in the numbering
definition. The easiest thing is to start from scratch.
