Windows XP Trouble with MS.net framework 3.5

I've had a lot of trouble installing this stupid program. After extracting the files it will say, extracting complete u can now disconnect from the internet. Then it will start installing and tell me that the installation has failed. I've removed all of framework 1.1 and it still doesnt work. Here is the list of errors it game me when it failed to install...

I'm not great with computers so any help you can give me would be spectacular.
