Trouble with file format of Pictures

When I attempt to download a picture from a webpage or a
newsgroup, I am only allowed to save the picture in bmp
format, even though I know the picture is jpg! Any ideas?

I have the same problem as well, can anyone help me
change bcak to jpeg format.
