Save Picture Dialog Box

When I right click a picture in Internet Explorer, it brings up the Save
Picture dialog box and gives me the choice of saving the picture in .jpg or
..bmp. format. Any files saved previously to the folder are not listed in
the dialog box, even though I can go to Windows Explorer and see them
listed. Any idea why?

When you Save as you see only the file types you have selected to save. If
you select BMP but you have only JPG files in this folder, you will not see
any BMP files.

But I don't select BMP. I select JPG.
