trouble with ethernet card

hi I just bought and installed a new cnet 1000/100 gigabit ethernet card and
installed it now my device manager seems to think I need a new driver for my
network manager which I don't have can't seem to get please help

just to add my last its not fixed the problem its my network controller and
pci simple comuncations

Glen, not sure why the problem does not go away. Would love to hear from

PCI simple communications is usually a "winmodem". You may want to
inventory your hardware against the Device Manager listing.

can't find out how to delete winmodem without the system reinstalling it again

Remove it if its a card, disable in BIOS if it's a motherboard feature.
